beautiful surroundings. Later, at approximately 16:00 hrs, set out on your first exciting
game drive in the park. Explore Amboseli’s diverse habitats in search of elephants, lions,
cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, and a variety of bird species. As the sun begins to
set, return to the lodge for a delightful dinner and a comfortable overnight stay,
preparing for more unforgettable safari experiences ahead.

Kids are still talking about it months later!
We traveled with our two kids (ages 8 and 11) on the 7-day Amboseli-Lake Nakuru-Masai Mara safari, and it was the best family vacation we've ever taken. The team at Malia Trails really understands how to make safaris family-friendly. Our guide, Joseph, was amazing with the children – he turned every game drive into an educational adventure. The kids learned so much about wildlife, conservation, and Maasai culture. They still talk about "Mr. Elephant" (a huge bull we saw in Amboseli with Kilimanjaro in the background) and the baby hippos at Lake Nakuru. The accommodations were perfect – not too fancy, not too rough. The kids loved the swimming pools between game drives, and the staff at every lodge made us feel like family. Special shoutout to the Maasai village visit – the kids made friends with local children and learned traditional dances. One small suggestion: pack more snacks for the longer drives! But honestly, this was a trip we'll treasure forever. Already saving for our next African adventure with Malia Trails.
